Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Develop comprehensive offline marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate offline strategies with online initiatives for a cohesive marketing approach.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize offline marketing campaigns, including activations, print advertisements, TV commercials, radio spots, direct mail, and event organisation and sponsorships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the offline marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and media partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of offline events, trade shows, and sponsorships to promote brand awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and evaluate the success of each event.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities in the offline marketing space.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in offline marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, sales, and product development, to ensure a unified marketing approach.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketing team members.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A working knowledge of marketing campaign development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Capable of working on multiple tasks at once, prioritising time effectively.
