SENIOR OFFLINE MARKETER
Responsibilities & Experience:
- Develop comprehensive offline marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate offline strategies with online initiatives for a cohesive marketing approach.
- Plan, execute, and optimize offline marketing campaigns, including activations, print advertisements, TV commercials, radio spots, direct mail, and event organisation and sponsorships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the offline marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and media partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and oversee the execution of offline events, trade shows, and sponsorships to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and evaluate the success of each event.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities in the offline marketing space.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in offline marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, sales, and product development, to ensure a unified marketing approach.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketing team members.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A working knowledge of marketing campaign development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Capable of working on multiple tasks at once, prioritising time effectively.
