Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and oversee cash flow management.
  • Ensure alignment between financial planning and operational execution.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee accounting and finance teams, ensuring high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards, local regulations, and internal controls.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, tax filings, and audit documentation.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
  • Support long-term business planning and financial strategy development.
  • Oversee the implementation and effective use of financial systems and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting systems and financial tools.
  • Proven track record of integrity, accountability, and ethical financial management.
  • Strong English communication (verbal and written).
  • Real estate or construction finance background.
