Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and oversee cash flow management.
- Ensure alignment between financial planning and operational execution.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee accounting and finance teams, ensuring high performance.
- Ensure compliance with international standards, local regulations, and internal controls.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, tax filings, and audit documentation.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
- Support long-term business planning and financial strategy development.
- Oversee the implementation and effective use of financial systems and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong proficiency in accounting systems and financial tools.
- Proven track record of integrity, accountability, and ethical financial management.
- Strong English communication (verbal and written).
- Real estate or construction finance background.
